Terms of use
The short version: our reports are simulations for education. They are not advice, and nobody should trade real money because of one.

What StrategyGrade is
You give us a link to a public trading video, or describe a trading idea. Software writes the method down as exact rules, replays those rules on historical prices, and publishes what happened. We call the result an autopsy, or a report.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, an adviser or a signal service. Any decision to trade is yours alone. Trading can lose all of the money you put in, and more when leverage is used.
The results are hypothetical
Every number in a report comes from a simulation on historical data. Hypothetical results have limits that real trading does not. No real money was traded. The trades were worked out after the fact, with the benefit of hindsight. A simulation cannot fully account for real-world costs, missed fills, or how a person behaves while losing. No account will necessarily achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
A report that says a strategy “passed the first check” means it passed our screen on past data. It does not mean the strategy will make money in the future.
We can read a video wrong
Software reads the videos. It can misunderstand a rule, pick a different market than the speaker meant, or fill a gap with a guess. Every report lists the exact rules that were tested and the guesses that were made, so you can check them. Our measured reading accuracy is on the Accuracy page. We provide the service as it is, without a promise that any report is correct or complete.
Reports are about methods, not people
A report tests the rules taught in a video. It is not a statement about the character or honesty of whoever made the video. Channel grades describe how the tested strategies performed on our data, and nothing else.
If you made a video we tested and think we read it wrong, use “Flag this autopsy” on the report and tell us the rule we missed. We re-read it with your objection and show the before and after on the same page.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account. Do not use scripts to get around the daily limits, do not resell access, and do not submit links to content you know to be private or unlawful.
Free limits, credits and paid plans
Published reports are free to read. New autopsies have daily limits, shown on the Pricing page. If an autopsy you paid a credit for fails on our side, the credit comes back automatically. Where a paid plan is offered, its price and renewal terms are shown before you pay, and payments are handled by our payment provider.
What you may do with a report
You may share and quote any published report, with a link back to it. You may not present our results as your own track record, or as proof that a strategy is profitable.
What we may do
We may change, pause or stop any part of the service, correct or remove a report, and close accounts that break these terms. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and say so on the site.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses or any other loss that follows from relying on a report, a grade, or anything else on this site.
