Refund policy

You can cancel from your account page at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Later renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if you have not run a new autopsy since it.

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a report that was delivered are not refundable.

If an autopsy fails on our side, or the video turns out to be untestable, the credit comes back to your account automatically. You never pay for a report you did not get.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact paddle.net, or write to us at the address below. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Reports are simulations for education, so a refund is never tied to whether a strategy makes or loses money. Everything else is in the terms of use.
